The upcoming month of september is one of my favourites! I love starting to incorporate fall pieces in my wardrobe but I often struggle with the weather, which is often still very summer-like. Here is one outfit that is perfect for transitioning from summer to fall.

This dress is a great piece for warm autumn days because it is light yet the colours are very fall-appropriate. Of course, jean jackets are both great for layering and very trendy at the moment. This one fits really well and provides just enough warmth for the month of september. I am once again wearing these slide-on sneakers that I love.
